Problem with server

Well I played on the scrim server with pupp and I get kicked then I saw both server puplic plus scrim are down and wolf told me his playing with some guys on the public so I tried to connect but it doesnt work I saw on the forums both servers are up but hell I cant connect..I tried to type in console /connect plus IP and it doesnt work also..

could anyone help me? :/

u where on it just earlier wat happened has the problem already been sloved
