Even though it has a "chance" of being passed; I highly doubt it will. It hardly has any supporters, it'll only lead to the politicians' downside/demise if it get passed.
It's just a major troll by the U.S government; besides I'm not American, I could care less. I understand that if it gets passed it will effect me but it won't. The only site I essentially care about is pornhub and maybe 4chan.
